What is our policy with returns or exchanges?
Because of the sensitive nature of Lanto Sinus, we unfortunately cannot accept returns. Products that are shipped out are automatically assumed to be used, and we cannot ship them to other customers. If there happens to be a defect or problem with the product, just shoot us an email at Hello@LantoHealth.com explaining the problem and we will exchange the product right away for free.
