What is our policy with returns or exchanges?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our Lanto Sinus probiotic. If for any reason your order was delivered with any damage or defect, we offer a 30-day return or exchange policy. Please keep in mind that shipping fees are non-refundable. If an order was placed using a free shipping discount, a $10 fee will be applied to the return.
Warm Weather Stability
Your Lanto Sinus probiotics are designed to stay effective for at least 14 days at typical summer shipping temperatures, thanks to our freeze-drying process and protective packaging. A few warm days in transit will not affect quality, so you can feel confident in your order. Please note that heat alone is not a reason for a free return — our standard return policy still applies.
