What is Lanto Sinus?

Lanto Sinus is a probiotic supplement that supports sinus health by introducing beneficial bacteria into the mouth and sinuses. Lanto Sinus contains beneficial kimchi derived Lactobacillus sakei, a keystone bacteria found in healthy sinuses. Lanto Sinus contains 17 billion total CFU of Lactobacillus sakei at time of manufacture. 

Please note that everyone has a unique sinus microbiome and therefore effectiveness may vary.

How to properly store Lanto Sinus?

Lanto Sinus should be refrigerated to preserve the Lactobacillus sakei. However, our L. sakei  is stable at room temperature for more than several days, which is perfect for shipping to you. We add ice packs to shipments to ensure that the product always arrives to customers in excellent condition. We expect the ice pack to melt during shipping, but this is totally normal and your product is still alive and well!

Please refer to our How to Use Lanto Sinus section on the bottom of our homepage for usage information. Please note that Lanto Sinus is a dietary probiotic supplement designed to be taken orally. Please speak with a health professional before using any alternative method. 

When does Lanto Sinus expire?

We recommend using Lanto Sinus within six months of purchase to ensure that the Lactobacillus sakei  is potent and active. In general, it is better to use Lanto Sinus sooner rather than later because the bacteria community in Lanto Sinus is strongest in the beginning. Once the bottle is opened, Lanto Sinus is most effective for at least 3 months. Every bottle has an expiration date printed on the bottom to help you keep track. 

When will we ship out your Lanto Sinus?

We ship using USPS, UPS, and DHL. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your product ships.

For Domestic Orders: Lanto Sinus ships out the first Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday following your order date. You will receive your order the same week if you order before 4pm (ET) on Wednesday. We only ship out on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday because we do not want your Lanto Sinus to be without refrigeration over the weekend. 

For International Orders: Lanto Sinus ships out the first Monday following your order date.

For International Orders: Will there be import duties?

Occasionally, Customs Agents or the shipping company (DHL, UPS) may require additional import taxes or brokerage fees - these are the responsibility of the customer. We do our best to forestall this prior to shipment in package labeling and Customs declaration.

Yes, Lanto Sinus is produced following GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards.  We strive to create the highest quality product using the best ingredients.

Why is Lanto Sinus so expensive?

We understand that cost can be a concern and we will continuously look for ways to reduce cost for our consumers without compromising the quality of our product. We are dedicated to providing the best possible kimchi derived Lactobacillus sakei to our customers, which is found in South Korea. We feel strongly that we will be able to reduce costs as we grow and further develop our processes.

What is our policy with returns or exchanges?

Because of the sensitive nature of Lanto Sinus, we unfortunately cannot accept returns. Products that are shipped out are automatically assumed to be used, and we cannot ship them to other customers. If there happens to be a defect or problem with the product, just shoot us an email at explaining the problem and we will exchange the product right away for free.
