Easy to use. Like that I can use topically by using a Q- tip in nose and/or as a mouth rinse to gargle with if desired.

It is only product I need for any sinus problems

I bought this product to see if it would help with a sinus drainage problem that I have. I also have burning in my mouth. After about a month of use, I really cannot tell if it is helping. Maybe I need to stick with it longer, but the product is so expensive for such a tiny amount and I am unsure about the final result. I have been tested for allergies and food sensitivities and have none. The problem started over a year and a half ago.

Lanto Sinus has really made a difference for me. As a lifelong airborne allergies sufferer, I was dismayed to develop sinus headaches, face-aches and drainage problems in the past couple of years. Searching for answers, I came across the Lactobacto website and found Lanto Sinus Probiotic Powder. Life-changing! I live at 7000 ft elevation, with dry and variable winter weather. I take a dose once in the morning and once in the evening, and am grateful for the huge improvement in my life.

Changed my life. The only thing that has worked for life long chronic sinus pain.

I had sinus drainage daily. I would clear my throat constantly in the mornings for about an hour. The only thing that helped with it was Benadryl, which I took 1 every 4 hours. I hated taking that but the 24 hour allergy meds didn't help with the drainage. When I started using Lankto probiotic, I noticed a difference in just a few days. I take it every day. I have ceased taking the Benadryl. This stuff is amazing. When I run out, it takes several days for the drainage to come back and it isn't nearly as bad as it was before. I just need to make sure I don't run out!

Lanto Sinus is giving me the ability to feel and live like a normal person. Since I started using it, I noted less frequent sinus infections. And when they occur, they are not as severe as before. Although I rarely need antibiotics to manage my condition anymore, I do need to use Lanto regularly. It is not a cure for recurring sinus infections, but an effective (and welcome) treatment.

My sinuses seemed better immediately when I started using, but then turn a downturn. This could have been worse allergy weather or something else, I don't know. I am still using. The post nasal drainage seems to be better, but still happens every day. I think the jury is still out, but I am continuing for at least another six weeks to see what happens.

I purchase once/twice per year, fall thru spring and use at first sign cold/flu, sinus/hay fever. So far have avoided any more serious progression of symptoms.

I have had what the doctors described as a virual sinus infection and there was no cure. For 18 months this has affected me, post nasal drip, coughing and my speech due to the post nasal drip. Used Lanto in a nasal rinse for 14 days and twice a day placing dry lanto in my nostrils with a qtip. Still using it with a qtip, this has dramatically reduced it and I believe about to cure me.

I’ve been using Lanto Sinus for several months. Initially, I was using it with two prescription sinus sprays and one was a steroid sinus spray. I eventually realized that the steroid kept my blood sugar high even though my ENT and allergist said that it wouldn’t affect me because it wasn’t an oral medication. For at least a week I’ve been using just Lanto Sinus and my symptoms haven’t increased but rather improved. My blood pressure and blood sugar are significantly improved. Julia

It seem´s to be working for my wife, she has been suffering from sinus problem for years. After taking the first box she was much better so we bought two more boxes. Now it seem’s that her recovery has stopped, but she is much better than before she started to take Lanto sinus.

I just ordered my second batch of Lanto Sinus (4 bottles) and the first batch for my mother. It has been a little over a month since I started on Lanto Health and I have waited to write my review. We have been battling sinusitis - sinus headaches, sinus pressure, etc for the past two years. My doctor prescribed cortisone spray and nasal cleansing. I've followed the doctor's instructions religiously, but have been seeing minimal results. The cortisone spray worked only for a few hours after spraying and as for nasal cleansing, which helped to physically unclog the nasal passages, did not help to relieve the relentless sinus headaches and pressures. What made it even worse for me was nausea derived from the sinus headaches and heavy pressures felt inside the head (as if I had a heavy slab of stone sitting on top of my head) and temples of the face (like screwdrivers crushing from opposite sides). Nausea made it difficult for me to stare at computer screens more than 5 minutes maximum. On top of all this, I ended up getting tinnitus, which made the situation even worse. Just to make it through the day, I would be popping in 8 ~10 Tylenol Sinus X-tra strength, cough syrup, various cold & flu medication, and Excedrin like a crazy pill-popping addict. First heard about Lanto Health and lactobacillus sakei on YouTube (Dr. Berg), which led me to google about lactobacillus sakei and see medical researches that had been done on the topic. Also, so surprised to find that lactobacillus sakei derived from kimchi, the fermented Korean cabbage!! As a Korean, kimchi is a staple in our household. I immediately strained the kimchi liquid and applied it inside my nose. I tried this method for a few days. While this method helped to moisten inside my nose, it didn't really help with the sinusitis. In looking back, the reason for the kimchi liquid not working probably had to do with the fact that most of the lactobacillus sakei had been dead, as what I had was old kimchi, that had been made and fermented months before. So, I ordered my first batch of Lanto Health. I ordered 4 bottles because I wanted to try for a month and see if I can get rid of permanently. I was worried about the delivery as I live in a remote part of western Canada and it was during the hot days of August. Really worried that the bottles will be spoiled by the hot weather. Luckily, it did arrive on time and I was able to get it out of the mailbox right away. As soon as I opened the box, I tried it immediately, and within 2 days, I began to see results. The excruciating sinus headaches and pressures were gone!! I did not have to take the long list of sinus pills anymore and I no longer had to use the wretched cortisone spray!! For the first time in two years, I started getting a clear head when I wake up in the morning!! The sinus headaches and pressures were gone right away and I could breathe easier, but what has been lingering is the nasty yellow-greenish discharge coming out of the nose whenever I do the nasal cleansing. I still do nasal cleansing once a day, before going to bed and I still have these discharges coming out of the nose. The amount of this has decreased considerably since I started the Lanto Health, but it is still there in small amounts. So that is why I am ordering the second batch, in the hopes that it will be completely gone by the end of my second month on Lanto Health. **Also, I would also like to add my thoughts to the method of applying the Lanto Health: FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTION!! This is a lesson I learned dearly after trying one of the methods suggested in the reviews. As I was making great progress with Lanto Health, I saw a review that suggested snorting in the Lanto Health. Instead of 1/4 teaspoon of lactobacillus per nasal cavity dissolved into 1 tbsp of water and applying inside the nose, the review suggested snorting 1/10 of grams (which is 0.1 gram) into each nasal cavity. I tried this method, thinking that this will speed up progress and also, save on the bottle. The result of trying this method was that I ended up getting pseudo-sinusitis like symptoms. The headaches and congestions reappeared. I searched once again and found out that if you overdose on lactobacillus sakei, which the snorting method was for me, it can disrupt & overwhelm the microbiome inside the nasal cavities. So, I went off Lanto Health for about 4 days for the pseudo-sinusitis symptoms to clear and start again. The lesson I learned from this little debacle was that the slow & gentle method works far better in long term. As I said, I still do have a bit of congestion on my left nose and little bits of discharge coming out of my nose. I sincerely hope that with another month on Lanto Health, I will be finally be rid of this symptom that had been torturing me for the past two years. However, I am so pleased that so far, I haven't had to take so many sinus-related medications just to get through the day and also, maintaining a clear head throughout the day!! I highly recommend Lanto Health for those who are suffering from sinusitis. After seeing such a great result for myself, that is why I ended up ordering for my mother as well. ***TINNITUS: There are some reviewers on this page that seems to have taken Lanto Health in order to improve their tinnitus as well but with little result. My doctor told me that my tinnitus was probably the result of sinus inflammation putting pressure on the ear canal. That wasn't the case. I still had bad tinnitus even as sinusitis symptoms improved thanks to Lanto Health. What helped me improve the tinnitus was taking in a big amount of Vitamin B1 (Benfotiamine), B12, and Alpha Lipoic Acid & Ginko Biloba Extract, which all helped to greatly reduce the tinnitus symptoms. So, if you do have tinnitus, even after starting on Lanto Health, it might be worth checking out the level of Vitamin B12 in your body first and see about adding the supplements I described above.

Very pleased with the positive impact on my sinus and formerly constant back of the throat mucus. The first day I tried it, it really felt like a battle was being fought within my sinus! But this strong feeling disappeared by the third time and a clear nose feeling followed!

Lanto Sinus has helped some but not completely. I’m still taking 3 sinus sprays twice daily and a pill at night. I also have to do a netti pot sinus flush 2 times a day to get any real relief.

I have gone from 12 or more sinus infections a year to 3 or 4, and the infections I still have don't last nearly as long. While I have no way to prove the reason, I have to believe that Lanto Sinus is the reason! It has truly changed my life and although expensive, I wouldn't go without it. I use the method of dissolving a half teaspoon with a small amount of distilled water, and then cotton swabs into my nose with the solution. Highly recommend!

This is the only probiotic I've found that helps with my sinus condition. I have had 3 surgeries where they noted 2 kinds of bacteria and aspergillus fungus in my sphenoid sinus. The surgeries did not noticeably improve my condition and I kept getting infections. Once I started taking Lanto Sinus Probiotic Powder, my infections have been a lot less, I still need an antibiotic occasionally, I have chronic sinusitis, but this product has certainly helped. The only problems I have are with the cost and I wish it came in a larger bottle....

I definitely feel better since I have taken this.. within a week I improved.. still quite blocked and congested but I can cope and manage it . Worth a try if you feel unwell with chronic sinusitis. Only down side was my Hiatus hernia played up the whole time I was taking it and improved the day after I stopped it .. ‍♀️

My nasal passages were very inflamed after having two different bacteria infections and 2 months of unnecessary antibiotics. The last ENT that I saw, recommended using hydrogen peroxide to eliminate the bacterial infection. After that protocol, he recommended Lanto Sinus probiotic. After one week of using this probiotic, my nasal passages were much improved. I would recommend this product highly.

I purchased this product because I was tired of using kimchi juice in my noise (plus it's not as reliable of a source of l. sakei). I don't have severe sinus issues, but I do have a chronic low level sinus infection that causes some discomfort/symptoms. I don't use Lanto every day, but I do think it helps to lower the load of the infection. I also know it has other benefits as well, so even though I didn't experience a miraculous clearing of my chronic infection, I feel confident that it's helping to support my body as it rebalances. I have also read about the benefits of this probiotic for the sinuses so, again, I think it's safe to say there's no harm in using it, only benefits. I like to use it after I do my neti pot to replenish good bacteria. L. Sakei is also not in other probiotics, so I think it's a good adjunct to any holistic health program.

30 year sinus sufferer. I have had constant drainage and that awful taste in my mouth. I blow my nose or spit all day and it's only worse with allergy season or winter dryness. Seems to be helping chronic fungal sinusitis ! AND food allergy as well as sensitivities! I have tried many probiotics , and this has been successful, I am going to continue to take this. I am on my 3rd bottle, I'm hoping to stop medication for the fungal sinusitis .

Your product is at last the solution to my sinus challenges. I'd had successful and necessary sinus surgery, which enabled me to breathe at night, but there lingered this sensation that something was wrong in my sinuses - every day or so this unpleasant postnasal discharge that seemed like an infection. And I often felt tired. Years of tedious neti pot, Neilmed did nothing lasting. Antibiotics worked but after a week or so the symptoms would return. I've used the Lanto probiotic for about two weeks, and those nagging issues are gone! And my sense of smell is much improved. I know my allergies, post nasal drip will not go away, but my system feels healthy. Everyday I celebrate this. I've stopped taken the probiotic but have some in my refrigerator ready to go if necessary. Thank you!

Absolutely brilliant, regular sinus issues were driving me insane. My doctor wasn't very helpful. So I researched and bought this product online, I only needed to use it a few times, it's been a good few months now and I've been feeling fine, sinuses are clear. It was expensive to get it to the uk with import tax but definitely with it. I bought extra one which I keep in the fridge just in case, but I haven't needed to use it.

Used it as directed and did not do anything. Wish it helped but I must have different issues then not having this bacteria in my system. Glad I tried it as it eliminated one more thing.

My son has had issues with congestion that may last several weeks. Testing results would be negative for a sinus infection. He has tried several different brands of decongestants, nasal wash, allergy medications and heat compresses. He would get some temporary symptom relief from those efforts. He was then diagnosed with a deviated septum but wants to avoid surgery at least in the short term. Some online searches for other options resulted in finding a sinus probiotic. He tried Lanto Sinus and within a week his sinuses were clear.

It's giving me some relief but my sinus issues are still there after 3 weeks. I'll continue using it for another month to see where this goes .

This is a tremendously helpful product. However, It's still relatively early for me to tell the permanence or gauge the effect long term as I have only taken it for two weeks. I am taking this along with a strong dose of digestive enzymes and thus far it has definitely helped me to breathe clearly and consistently out of my nose, which has been extremely problematic and a major challenge for many years due to chronic sinus issues. I sincerely hope this continues to work and my breathing remains and continues to get better. I had a severe sinus infection on the right side for over two months (precipitated by a dental implant which had to be removed). Despite three courses of antibiotics and frequent use of the neti pot, I was unable to get my right sinuses to drain. On day five of using your product, I finally got drainage from that area, which continued day six and seven. I continue to use the neti pot, as my sinuses have not returned to normal, but I feel much more normal and am pain-free.

I don't think it is working? I can't be sure. I still have bad allergies and sinus headaches. It is also really expensive and it tastes really bad.

I was miserable with sinus problems for 7 years and had no sense of smell. Accupuncture had helped a lot but this winter was miserable. My sense of smell was totally gone. This has been the most effective product in fighting chronic sinus issues I have ever taken. Doctor visits have diminished along with antibiotics.

I think it worked. I have a lot of ear problems because of my sinus. I'm continue to use on a 2 times a week basis.

I cannot attribute my success in combating 45 years of sinus infections to your product, but three years ago my doctor told me that my symptoms were to the point that he could only recommend prophylactic antibiotics daily. I truly felt that I might die if I did not change something, especially approaching 74 years of age. I have incorporated several things to help me, believing that it is a combination that continues to keep my problem at bay. Sinus irrigation, controlling acid reflux, baby shampoo irrigation, bactroban irrigation, nasal strips when sleeping, probiotics, your product, humidifiers, and more. I am doing many things. Something is working. I believe all of them contribute something.

Best probiotic I've used to date. Have suffered from a deviated septum and chronic sinus challenges. In the past I haven't been able to travel in a plane without getting problems. I travel a lot! I've just flown twice and no sinus issues. This probiotic has been a lifesaver.

Most effective product for the sinuses i have found. After years trying Antibiotic nasal sprays, rinses, Xylitol sprays, natural sprays, decongestants and other supplements i had almost given up. Lanto Sinus worked within a month and effectively neutralized a MARCONs colonization. I found the most effective method was to create a mixture in a nasal spray bottle with some of the Lanto powder and distilled water and spray this a couple of times a day. Very happy with this product.

My MD prescribed Lanto Sinus Probiotic Powder because I suffer from sinus issues during the winter months. So far, I haven't even felt any problems coming on. To my surprise, I have not had to take any OTC meds for my winter hay fever! What a great product. I highly recommend it to anyone with these health issues.

Started Lanto Oct 4, 2019. Felt I needed a more direct, effective method than your recommended rinse/gargle method for my 20-year deeply embedded, totally drug-resistant infection. So started sniffing ~1/6 gm powder directly up each nostril 1X day, usually at bedtime. Was careful not to blow nose or drink anything after. Felt immediate effects, although thru most of Oct/Nov, felt like "there was a war going on in my head". Head and neck pain and pressure started to subside. Currently (Dec 4), symptoms largely gone (occasional twinge), although I intend to continue for several months (at least), knowing how tenacious this issue has been. As a former microbiologist, I intend to formally write up this entire experience to present to you, doctors, and anyone else interested. Erik and Adam, thank you SO much for this. You may well have revolutionized sinus health. Microbiome therapy is an important way of the future. Many thanks for your research, initiative, and perseverance.
